Charles Leclerc finished third for Ferrari ahead of Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes and Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso.
George Russell one-stopped to finish sixth ahead of McLaren's Lando Norris, who overcame early issues to secure points.
Esteban Ocon claimed eighth for Alpine ahead of Lance Stroll and Yuki Tsunoda.
Oscar Piastri and Carlos Sainz failed to finish after contact at the first corner.
