Carlos Sainz set the pace during the second practice session of the Austrian Grand Prix weekend.

Sainz put in the fastest time of 1:08.610 around the Red Bull Ring. This put him 0.050 seconds clear of teammate Charles Leclerc, while Max Verstappen took third.

Fernando Alonso claimed fourth, and fellow Alpine driver Esteban Ocon slotted into fifth, with Sergio Perez in P6.
