Yuki Tsunoda has emerged as a possible candidate to become one of Cadillac's two F1 drivers in 2026, RacingNews365 understands.

The American team is currently evaluating candidates for its driver line-up, with Red Bull's Tsunoda being added to the list of possibilities, especially after links with Aston Martin cooled, despite Honda joining as works engine partner in 2026.

Oscar Piastri launches f-word tirade at former F1 team

Oscar Piastri fumed at Alpine over team radio late in the Austrian Grand Prix after both Franco Colapinto and Pierre Gasly adversely affected his fight with Lando Norris.

In the closing stages of the race at the Red Bull Ring, the Australian was chasing down his McLaren team-mate, but encountering traffic put pay to his charge.

George Russell has bemoaned the "perfect storm" which gave Mercedes no chance of fighting for Austrian Grand Prix victory.

Fresh from a dominant win in Canada, Mercedes was on the backfoot in Austria as its troubles in high temperatures were on display during the Austrian GP, where track temperatures hit over 50 degrees Celsius.

Alpine junior to make F1 debut for rival team

Alpine F1 junior Paul Aron is to make his grand prix weekend debut at Silverstone, driving for Stake.

The Estonian, who last competed for Hitech in FIA F2 in 2024, is to deputise for Nico Hulkenberg on Friday at Silverstone and take part in an F1 weekend for the first time.

Charles Leclerc taken aback after surprising Austrian GP question

Charles Leclerc was at a loss when trying to reflect on the "key moments" of his Austrian Grand Prix, apart from wishing he had done a "better job" at the start of the race.

Having started alongside pole-sitter Lando Norris, the Ferrari driver was unable to get alongside the McLaren on the run up to the first corner.
