Williams has been handed a €5,000 fine by Monaco Grand Prix stewards after a near-miss involving Arvid Lindblad of Racing Bulls during qualifying.
Alex Albon was summoned by the stewards over the incident, which happened in Q2.
It was found that Albon's team-mate Carlos Sainz had stopped in front of the garage as Albon approached, with the Thai then driving around Sainz, and briefly blocking Lindblad from entering his pit-box.
In doing so, Lindblad was found to have "narrowly missed running over the foot of one of the mechanics attending to Car 23 (Albon).
Williams admitted to the stewards "that it could have handled the situation differently and hence a formal warning is issued for that, and more importantly, a fine is imposed for the potential safety issue."
Albon qualified in 11th place, with Sainz in 12th, and Lindblad 15th.
Elsewhere, Audi received a warning after Nico Hulkenberg blocked Charles Leclerc in the tunnel, with it being found that Hulkenberg had been told it was "all clear behind" after he was on a cool-down lap and Leclerc on a prep lap.
