Yuki Tsunoda is set for an emotional home race next weekend, with it also set to mark his competitive Red Bull debut.

Not only will the Japanese Grand Prix be Tsunoda's first race in Red Bull colours, the team are also going to run a special tribute livery in recognition of Honda.

It means Tsunoda's car will be in the colours of his native Japanese flag, adding to what will be an occasion to never forget for the 24-year-old.

Speaking at a Honda event in its Aoyama headquarters – his first public appearance since being promoted to Red Bull – Tsunoda has already revealed his target for next weekend.

Tsunoda is eager to finish on the podium at Suzuka on his Red Bull debut, in what would also be his first-ever F1 rostrum.

Not until first practice will it be discovered whether Tsunoda's target is realistic, having never driven the RB21 before.
