Formula E championship leader Pascal Wehrlein was involved in a big crash during a practice session for the Hyderabad E-Prix.
The Porsche driver, who has taken two wins from three races so far in season nine, crashed at high speed during the opening practice session in India.
In the immediate aftermath, Wehrlein radioed the team to claim the "throttle got stuck" before leaving the car.
He was then taken to hospital for precautionary checks, with the team also refusing to run their second car, driven by Antonio Felix da Costa, until an investigation was complete.
