Verstappen unbelievable again as Norris has smashing time
Lando Norris produced a faultless drive in mixed conditions to win the São Paulo Grand Prix, while Max Verstappen did the unthinkable once again and recovered to second after starting in 21st!
It was a damp start in Interlagos before the circuit dried mid-race, triggering all drivers to switch to soft tyres. However, rain returned in the closing laps resulting in a final switch back to intermediates. The race was one of making zero mistakes, something Kimi Antonelli did after spinning out of the lead.
Elsewhere, Mercedes did secure the constructors’ title, and Isack Hadjar made it a double podium for Red Bull in third. As for Lewis Hamilton, he had a stunning opening lap, only to then quickly struggle.
