It will be the sixth sprint race in the history of Formula 1 at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
Despite the relatively new concept remaining in F1 for the foreseeable future, it's been a while since the previous Sprint weekend in Austria.
The format is slightly different from what is usually followed, with qualifying taking place on the Friday, the Sprint on Saturday, and the Grand Prix on Sunday.
