Teams will have to grapple with strong winds during the United States Grand Prix, reaching between 40kph and 50kph.

The latest weather forecast from our friends at WeerOnline.nl, predicts strong winds coming in from the south that will challenge the drivers in the braking zones and the high speed changes of direction around the Circuit of the Americas.

The race will take place at 14:00 local which will be one of the hottest hours during the day, with temperatures reaching well over 30 degrees centigrade.

It is expected to be predominantly dry throughout the race, with a few clouds cropping up during the day.
