Start time of 2026 F1 Singapore Grand Prix Sprint Qualifying today
Sprint qualifying for the 2026 F1 Singapore Grand Prix takes place today at Marina Bay.
The session is due to start at 20:30 local time on Friday, October 10th, with the session having slightly different rules compared to normal grand prix qualifying.
In Sprint qualifying, drivers must use the medium compound tyre in SQ1 and SQ2 before switching to softs if they make SQ3, as opposed to the completely free choice in normal qualifying.
The segments are also shorter in time, usually leading to just a single run in SQ3 to decide Sprint pole.
The session is due for a 13:30 BST start in the UK.
