Oliver Rowland has delivered an update on his health after missing the Portland double-header last weekend through illness.
It was announced by Nissan last Friday ahead of the crucial Formula E rounds in the United States that Rowland had not flown to Portland due to illness, with reserve driver Caio Collet having been called up to replace him.
Thankfully, after missing Portland, Rowland's situation has improved and he expects to be ready for the London E-Prix season finale.
On Wednesday morning, Rowland delivered an update on his health on Instagram.
Rowland's statement read: "Good morning everyone, just a quick update on my health situation.
"Since Sunday things have improved significantly and I am happy to say things are looking good and I fully expect to be ready for London.
"I want to thank Nissan who were excellent in providing my specialist help. Have a great week everyone. Oliver."
Staggeringly, despite missing both races in Portland, Rowland remains in the championship fight.
Whilst he has slipped to fifth in the drivers' championship, the Briton is still 36 points behind Nick Cassidy, who failed to score a point last weekend.
Rowland is the title outsider, but it would complete a fairytale story if the Nissan driver was to claim the crown in the British capital.
