Arvid Lindblad has been called before the stewards at the Mexico City Grand Prix for allegedly impeding Pato O'Ward during the first free practice session at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
The Red Bull junior and McLaren IndyCar driver were standing in for F1 drivers' championship protagonists Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, respectively.
They were two of nine rookie drivers taking part in the opening hour of running in Mexico City.
Technical issues at F1's Biggin Hill base meant that GPS data was down for much of FP1, which likely added to the confusion on track, as pointed out by Red Bull team principal Laurent Mekies on Sky Sports F1.
The reason given by the FIA was an "alleged breach of Article 37.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations - Car 36 allegedly impeding Car 89 in turn 11 at 12:43."
The pair will visit the officials at 14:00 local time.
