Sergio Perez feels that Red Bull don't have to give him any instructions on how to improve and feels any pressure he has comes from himself. Perez has had mixed results at Red Bull so far and is searching for a maiden Red Bull podium at this weekend's Monaco GP. "The team has not put me under any pressure," Perez told RacingNews365.com and other select members of the press. "I know what I have to do so they don't have to tell me what to do. "All the pressure is coming from myself. I really want to to deliver to the maximum car potential and where the team is operating at." Perez revealed there will be developments coming to the car as well as from his own driving. He is yet to put together a weekend but has shown glimpses of pace and in clean air, has been on par with Verstappen. "There's plenty of improvements to come and I've got a lot of room to improve," said Perez. "Every weekend I'm definitely learning more about the car. I think Spain was a one off on Saturday so the first three races I think we've been making good progress."
