The official layout of the Madrid City circuit has been unveiled ahead of its 2026 debut on the Formula 1 calendar.
It is set to become the Spanish Grand Prix, which has traditionally been hosted in Barcelona – the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya does also have a contract for next year.

McLaren officially confirm motorsport world championship exit
McLaren has officially announced its departure from Formula E at the conclusion of the current season, which concludes in London this July.
It was reported on Thursday that the Woking-based team had opted to quit the all-electric series, with it having now been confirmed.

Former Haas F1 team principal Guenther Steiner has remarkably compared the stewards' decision not to issue Max Verstappen a 10-second time penalty to a judge delivering a "lifelong sentence".

Fernando Alonso has revealed he does not plan on racing in F1 until he is 50, but admits he still is unsure when he will step away from the championship.
The 43-year-old is the eldest driver on the current F1 grid. His existing Aston Martin contract runs until the end of the 2026 season, by which point he will be 45.
