Pato O'Ward has asked McLaren to relieve him of all F1 duties, drawing a line under years of reserve driver commitments as he turns his full attention to IndyCar.

The Mexican has been part of the McLaren family since 2020, when he joined Arrow McLaren SP for his first full-time IndyCar campaign.

The Red Bull RB17 is unlike anything else on four wheels, and its maiden run at the Goodwood Festival of Speed was always going to be something worth watching.

Designed by Adrian Newey as a personal farewell project before his move to Aston Martin, the RB17 is the first hypercar ever built in-house by Red Bull Advanced Technologies. It is, in essence, an F1 car wearing the disguise of a two-seater road-legal machine.

George Russell has revealed what went through his mind when he was informed of a slow puncture during the British Grand Prix.

Russell was battling Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton for a podium position when Mercedes instructed him to make an unscheduled pit stop due to a tyre issue.

Max Verstappen urged to take 'selfish' approach to F1 future

2009 F1 champion Jenson Button has stated Max Verstappen must be “selfish” when it comes to a decision over his future.

While Verstappen has a Red Bull contract in place until the end of 2028, it has been widely reported that a performance clause exists in his deal, allowing him to leave if he is not in the top two of the drivers' championship by the summer break.

Martin Brundle offers solutions after British GP safety car 'tease'

Martin Brundle has offered up a couple of “fixes” to stop F1 races from ending behind a safety car going forward.

The British Grand Prix last weekend was disrupted late on when a safety car was called after Max Verstappen spun into the gravel late on.
