McLaren junior Alex Dunne and Red Bull's Arvid Lindblad have both lost Belgian Grand Prix Formula 2 feature race victory after receiving penalties.
Dunne won at Spa in the rain to move to the top of the drivers' standings on a weekend neither leader Richard Verschoor nor second-placed Jak Crawford scored any points.
However, the McLaren junior was investigated for allegedly breaching Article 1.6.1 of the technical regulations and Article 11.15 of the user manual.
That relates to not engaging the start set-up procedure at the beginning of the formation lap.
Dunne did not engage the system, with the team manager of Rodin Motorsport explaining that as race control had decided the formation lap would be behind the safety car and with a rolling start, the system was not engaged, on the team's advice.
After an extensive deliberation, the stewards found Dunne had breached the regulations and handed him a 10-second time penalty, demoting him to 10th, with Red Bull's Lindblad being handed the feature race win.
However, Lindblad was then disqualified for having tyre pressures too low on all four wheels, handing Roman Stanek the win and the full 25 points, with Dunne promoted back up to ninth.
As for the title standings, Leonardo Fornaroli now leads on 125 after taking fifth in the feature race, with previous leader Richard Verschoor suffering a non-score throughout the weekend.
He drops to P2 on 122 points, with Jak Crawford third on 116 points. Dunne has 114, with Luke Browning on 113.
