Helmut Marko has appeared to confirm that Liam Lawson will be promoted to a full-time RB Formula 1 race seat in 2025, replacing Daniel Ricciardo.
Lawson deputised for the injured Ricciardo in five races in the second-half of 2023, impressing during his stint with a points finish with ninth in Singapore.

Tsunoda highlights Ricciardo influence in 'emotional control'
Yuki Tsunoda has revealed that being team-mates with Daniel Ricciardo has had a huge influence on his "emotional control", with the Australian having been a huge factor in Tsunoda's impressive season.
The Japanese driver has typically struggled to perform consistently, due to being ill-tempered. However, since being partnered at RB by Ricciardo, Tsunoda has been able to control his emotions significantly better.

Norris warns McLaren 'can't afford' Verstappen escape
Lando Norris has recognised two small mistakes in recent races has allowed Max Verstappen to escape in the championship, something he has warned McLaren that they "can't afford".
The McLaren driver moved to second in the drivers' championship last weekend after finishing P2 in the Spanish Grand Prix, although he quickly pointed out the negative in this.

Is Red Bull in danger of losing a major talent?
The game of musical chairs in Formula 1 is far from over. Carlos Sainz holds the driver market in an iron grip, but the general expectation is that all the pieces of the puzzle will fall together once he has made his choice.
Haas, Williams, Alpine, Stake F1/Audi as well as RB still have seats to allocate, as does Aston Martin, although it appears that Lance Stroll will stay on there.
