It's time to go racing in Madrid, as the all-new Madring track hosts the 14th round of the 2026 F1 championship.
Qualifying delivered a thriller on Saturday, with Lando Norris securing pole position after just edging out Kimi Antonelli in a tense Q3 shootout. The young Mercedes driver pushed the defending world champion all the way, but it is Norris who will lead the field into Turn 1 when the lights go out.
Every driver on the grid will be gunning for the honour of becoming the first-ever race winner around the Madring circuit, adding an extra layer of intensity to proceedings.
Can Red Bull get in the mix? Max Verstappen starts third and will fancy his chances of putting pressure on the front row from the off, particularly if the two ahead get caught up battling each other into the opening corners.
With a brand-new track offering limited data and plenty of unknowns, this has all the ingredients for a spectacular afternoon.
