Oscar Piastri heads into Qatar Grand Prix qualifying on a roll after claiming a dominant Sprint victory earlier on Saturday.
From pole, he was not headed to earn eight points and take two out of title rival and team-mate Lando Norris, with the lead now 22 points.
Piastri can take a giant leap towards taking more out of Norris by once again defeating him in qualifying, with the race set to be a tyre-stint length imposed affair, on a track tricky for overtaking.
As for Max Verstappen, he was fourth, and is now 25 points behind Norris, having struggled through the Sprint, but can Red Bull get him back into contention in qualifying, and what of George Russell, who finished second?
