Liam Lawson has been summoned to the F1 stewards after a breach at the end of free practice one in Monaco.
The Racing Bulls driver endured a difficult session and languished towards the bottom of the order with a car that proved difficult to handle.
A red flag was deployed in the closing moments of the session after debris was littered on the track following a collision involving Fernando Alonso.
However, the session got back underway before the clock ticked to zero, with several cars heading back out onto the race track for a practice start.
Lawson, however, moved past the pit lane exit after the red light was shown - a clear breach of the F1 rules.
The New Zealander will now be forced to explain his action to the stewards ahead of FP2 later today.
