Isack Hadjar insists he "can't erase" parts of his character but has learned to control himself over the F1 radio. The Racing Bulls driver had a reputation for fiery messages over the team radio, but since graduating to F1, he has toned them down so they are not broadcast by FOM. The French rookie has impressed in 2025 and is currently being tipped to step up to Red Bull Racing in 2026 to partner Max Verstappen if Yuki Tsunoda cannot turn his performances around. Addressing his conduct over team radio, Hadjar insisted he had only made one minor change to his approach as he "can't erase" who he is. "I'm still shouting and insulting, but I just don't press the radio button, so no one knows," Hadjar explained to media, including RacingNews365. "I still have the same character, it is not something you can erase, but yeah, I just don't press the radio button. "Inside the car, I've definitely made progress with my thumb, but I've never been the kind of driver who gets out of the car and throws things at anyone. "I am mad at myself, and so far, I think you've seen a cool driver, and that's alright."
