The Red Bull employee who filed accusations against team principal and CEO Christian Horner is set to appeal the dismissal of the case, according to reports.

Horner saw the original grievance of inappropriate behaviour dismissed after an investigation was launched by parent company Red Bull GmbH in February, with an external barrister overseeing the case.

Mercedes process behind costly Hamilton mistake revealed

Mercedes' Trackside Engineering Director Andrew Shovlin has conceded that the Silver Arrows should have double-stacked under safety car conditions during last weekend's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The Brackley-based team only pitted George Russell – who finished sixth – on the lap seven as the race was neutralised as a consequence of Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll's crash at turn 22.

Saudis make promise new circuit will not be another F1 white elephant

Saudi Motorsport CEO Martin Whitaker has vowed the country's proposed half-a-billion dollar new circuit will not become another of F1's white elephants.

Construction on Qiddiya's Speed Park has yet to start, but is due to be one of the jewels in the crown of a giga-project city slated to become a global entertainment attraction as part of Saudi Arabia's 'Vision 2030' initiative.

Haas rivals to question FIA over unsportsmanlike behaviour - 'It's not how I want to go racing'

Haas' F1 rivals are to seek clarification from the FIA over "unsportsmanlike behaviour" from the team and driver Kevin Magnussen at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Magnussen was penalised for two separate incidents, the first for squeezing Williams driver Alex Albon into a wall entering turn four at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, and the second for overtaking RB driver Yuki Tsunoda and gaining an advantage.

Steiner: I would give Bearman F1 seat

Former Haas team principal Guenther Steiner has revealed he would promote Ferrari junior Oliver Bearman to a full race seat for next season following a stunning debut at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The Briton had taken pole position for the F2 feature race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit before being called up by the Scuderia to deputise for Carlos Sainz, who was forced to undergo surgery after being diagnosed with appendicitis.

Putting yourself in the running for a Formula 1 drive is a hugely difficult task in the modern Formula 1 era when testing opportunities in up-to-date machinery are so few.

It places huge pressure on rookie drivers who have just one and a half days of pre-season testing to get to grips with their F1 challenger before being thrust into their maiden grand prix event.
