For the fourth time this season, Lando Norris has pole position for a grand prix - and will be looking to convert it into Italian Grand Prix victory.

Norris has a prime opportunity to eat into Max Verstappen's 70 point lead in the championship after he could only qualify a lowly seventh, with both Mercedes, Ferraris and the other McLaren of Oscar Piastri all between them.

The Briton has never led Lap 1 having been on pole in F1, and will be looking to end his voodoo at Monza.

Lewis Hamilton was only sixth for Mercedes despite his promising practice pace, with rookie debutant Franco Colapinto 18th for Williams.
