George Russell and Max Verstappen will share the front-row of the grid for a thrilling Singapore Grand Prix.
Russell pumped in two laps good enough for pole to defeat Verstappen, who felt Lando Norris had held him up on the final push lap, with the Briton only fifth behind championship rival and team-mate Oscar Piastri in third and Kimi Antonelli in fourth.
Lewis Hamilton, for the first time in his career, will start outside the top five at Marina Bay, taking sixth, but ahead of team-mate Charles Leclerc.
There have been two changes to the grid from the qualifying result, with the 12th and 13th placed cars of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz both disqualified after the DRS flap on their Williams machines was found to exceed the maximum permitted 85mm opening.
Pierre Gasly has been relegated to the pit lane for the start of the race after changes were made to his car overnight.
