A majority of F1 fans do not believe Felipe Massa must be recognised as the rightful champion of the 2008 season.
A court case in London got underway this week in which Massa is seeking damages from F1 and the FIA, after it emerged that it was aware of the Crashgate scandal during the 2008 campaign.
Renault instructed its driver Nelson Piquet Jr. to deliberately crash during the Singapore Grand Prix, with the resulting safety car aiding Fernando Alonso's route to victory.
Massa, who held the lead of the race before the safety car, missed out on the F1 title by one point to Lewis Hamilton at the end of the campaign.
While the Brazilian is not seeking to strip Hamilton of his title, Massa is seeking to be recognised as the rightful 2008 champion, as well as around £64 million in lost earnings he would have received had he won the title.
It prompted the FIA to ask you, the fans, if Massa should be recognised as the rightful champion.
Two-thirds of voters believe the view of the situation should not be altered, while just 33 per cent believe Massa deserves the recognition.
