F1 fans are sorrowful to see the Circuit Zandvoort drop off the schedule after the 2026 F1 season.
That is according to a recent poll conducted by RacingNews365 following confirmation of the venue's future.
A one-year extension was agreed with F1 for Zandvoort to host the Dutch Grand Prix again in the 2026 campaign.
However, organisers decided to leave the F1 schedule following the event as it seeks to avoid rising financial concerns.
Zandvoort returned to the F1 schedule in 2021, with Max Verstappen's popularity in The Netherlands making it a sellout event.
The Dutchman won the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions of the race before Lando Norris prevailed earlier this year.
Despite its short-lived presence on the calendar, 68.6 per cent of respondents to the poll voted that they would miss the circuit following its calendar departure.
That left 21.5 per cent stating they are content with seeing Zandvoort make way, while 9.8 per cent were unsure of their opinion.
The 2025 Dutch Grand Prix will take place on August 31.
