Sergio Perez claimed his first win of the 2023 after fending off a Max Verstappen recovery drive to lead a Red Bull one-two.
The two Red Bull drivers appeared to survive late-race issues to secure a perfect result for the Milton Keynes team.
Fernando Alonso had been handed a ten-second time penalty for failing to serve a penalty correctly, but this was overturned and the Aston Martin driver was reinstated to third place.
He finished ahead of the Mercedes duo of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton, with the Ferraris of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc finishing sixth and seventh.
