Mercedes to follow Red Bull in skipping F1 launch tradition
Mercedes is not planning on an official launch presentation for its 2025 F1 car, RacingNews365 understands.
In previous seasons, the team has run its new machine at Silverstone in a shakedown as well as holding an official launch event, but it is understood for the W16 of 2025, the team will not hold either of these events.

Iconic track rejects potential return to F1 calendar
The Nurburgring has denied claims it is seeking a return to the F1 calendar in the coming years.
The track, which was a permanent fixture between 1999 and 2007 as host of the European Grand Prix, and then in odd-numbered years between 2009 and 2013 as German GP host in a rotational deal with Hockenheim last appeared on the calendar in 2020.

Aston Martin sign former key Schumacher F1 engineer
Aston Martin has signed former Mick Schumacher race engineer Gary Gannon to a senior role in its F1 team.
Gannon, who has departed Haas after 10 seasons and has already started work at Aston Martin, has been appointed as a senior race engineer, the team confirmed to RacingNews365.

Verstappen's team reveal Daytona 24 line-up
Max Verstappen will lead a nine-strong Team Redline attack in this weekend's virtual Daytona 24 Hours.
Held the weekend before the actual real-life 24 Hour endurance classic, the virtual race is held on the iRacing sim platform, with Verstappen once again being entered under the Team Redline banner.
