Alpine has become the fourth F1 team to officially announce its launch plans for the 2026 season.
Pierre Gasly, Franco Colapinto and senior team management, including Steve Nielsen and Flavio Briatore are to launch the new era for the team on January 23rd in Barcelona.
The launch will be a season launch, with the livery being unveiled as the team prepares for the behind-closed-doors test in the final week of January, at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
For Alpine, 2026 is a big year with the team transitioning from a works power unit supply to customer status.
It is trading its Renault power unit for a Mercedes one as F1's power unit rules undergo huge changes, including beefed-up electrical systems, which are set to feature nearly three times as energy, up from 120kw to 350kw, with the MGU-H also being removed.
Red Bull, Racing Bulls and Aston Martin have also confirmed their launch plans, with the full table available below!
