George Russell roared to Singapore Grand Prix pole position, with a stunning effort for Mercedes.
Already on provisional pole, Russell found 0.007s on his second Q3 lap to defeat Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri as Kimi Antonelli also out-qualified Lando Norris, who was fifth.
Lewis Hamilton was sixth for Ferrari.
Russell survived a yellow flag infringement investigation to take his second pole of the season, after the Canadian GP - which he won.
