Max Verstappen has claimed pole position for the Miami Grand Prix sprint ahead of Charles Leclerc.
The world champion pumped in a 1:27.641 on the sole laps in SQ3 to secure P1 for his first sprint pole of the season, as Leclerc bounced back from missing most of free practice following a spin at Turn 16.
Sergio Perez was third and Daniel Ricciardo fourth as Mercedes suffered a double SQ2 elimination with George Russell 11th and Lewis Hamilton 12th.
