Zhou Guanyu brought out the second red flag of Dutch Grand Prix final practice by beaching his Alfa Romeo at Turn 13. The Chinese driver lost control of his C43 in the wet conditions and spun into the gravel on the outside of the penultimate corner, ending stuck facing uphill in the gravel. It was a similar incident to that which befell Nico Hulkenberg in first practice, although the Haas driver was carrying more speed and hit the barrier on the outside. Zhou's incident is the second stoppage of the final 60 minutes of practice after Kevin Magnussen crashed on the exit of Turn 3 on an out-lap in his Haas. Minutes before Zhou's off, Charles Leclerc almost crashed at Turn 1 after out-braking himself, coming to a stop inches from the barrier. Max Verstappen remains top of the time sheets in the Red Bull RB19.
