With the 2022 season concluded, we can now see which driver takes the qualifying honours for every team.
As expected, there were clear victories for Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc at Red Bull and Ferrari respectively, with both taking the wins by several points.
Lewis Hamilton endured a tighter contest at Mercedes, but defeated George Russell with a four-race swing.
The clearest victories came at McLaren and Williams, where Lando Norris and Alex Albon came within a couple of races from completing clean sweeps against their teammates.
In the tightest qualifying duel on the grid, Fernando Alonso defeated Alpine teammate Esteban Ocon 12-10.
However, there are many caveats to this particular battle, such as Ocon's self-inflicted free practice crash which ruled him out of the Miami GP qualifying, and Alonso's well-documented reliability issues.
What were the final results? See the full scores below:
*Sebastian Vettel missed the opening two races of the season, with Nico Hulkenberg substituting.
**Alex Albon Missed the Italian GP and was replaced by Nyck de Vries.
