Red Bull has elected to promote Isack Hadjar to partner Max Verstappen for next season, with Arvid Lindblad set for his F1 debut at Racing Bulls alongside Liam Lawson.
It means no race seat for Tsunoda, who is set to serve as test and reserve driver after five seasons on the grid.
