Video: Verstappen claws one point back on Hamilton

With victory no longer in reach after being passed by Lewis Hamilton, Red Bull opted to bring Max Verstappen in for a late pit stop in order to chase the fastest lap of the race.

Given the Dutchman found himself well ahead of Valtteri Bottas, there no reason not to try for the extra world championship point. It proved to be the right call, as Verstappen's 1.18:149 gave him the fastest lap of the race, a new lap record and more importantly another point.
