Max Chilton wowed the crowds at Goodwood over the weekend as he posted a new record for the Festival of Speed's famous Hillclimb.
Piloting the McMurtry Speirling fan car, Chilton's 39.08-second run smashed Nick Heidfeld's previous 'Timed Shootout' benchmark - set in the McLaren MP4/13 F1 car some 23 years ago - by more than two seconds.
The former F1 and IndyCar driver also takes the overall Hillclimb record from Romain Dumas and the Volkswagen ID.R.
