Max Verstappen captured his fourth F1 title in Las Vegas on a Saturday - and that day made the difference between equalling or taking a new Formula 1 record for the Red Bull driver. Verstappen holds the record for the fewest days between capturing his first and fourth world titles. Verstappen's winning streak began on December 12, 2021, with his first title in Abu Dhabi. On the last lap of the very last race of that year, he passed Lewis Hamilton to become champion for the first time. In 2022 and 2023, Verstappen captured titles two and three in Japan and Qatar respectively before making it four-in-a-row in Las Vegas this year on November 23. This means that there were 1,077 days between the first and fourth titles. Vettel took one day longer. The German captured his first F1 crown on November 14, 2010, in Abu Dhabi, with his fourth 1078 days later in India. Vettel and Verstappen are the only two drivers to take four championships in a row right from their first title. Lewis Hamilton had to wait six years after his first, while Michael Schumacher took his first two titles in a row, but had to wait five years for title number three.
