Unbelievable new footage of Oscar Piastri's shocking crash before the Australian GP has emerged, from the most unlikely of sources.
On his way to the grid prior to his home grand prix, Piastri crashed at Turn 4 by getting on the kerb and smashing into the concrete wall, destroying his McLaren.
It meant for the first time in his career, Piastri posted a 'Did Not Start' as he suffered yet more home heartbreak after losing a podium in 2025 when a sudden rain shower hit.
Taking to social media, one fan has uploaded footage of the crash (view original post here), captured on a Ring doorbell after receiving a 'detection notification' as the McLaren passed by.
