For the second straight year and for the 25th time in his career, Charles Leclerc will start on pole position after earning the honours at the Belgian Grand Prix.
Leclerc actually finished second in qualifying but due to Max Verstappen's grid penalty for a fifth internal combustion engine, the Ferrari driver will start P1 on the Spa grid.
He is joined on the front-row by Sergio Perez with Lewis Hamilton tucked in behind in third place.
Verstappen drops to 11th, joined on the sixth-row by Pierre Gasly, with Zhou Guanyu and Yuki Tsunoda also picking up grid penalties.
Zhou was hit by a three-place drop, that does not change his position, for impeding Verstappenin Q1, whilst Tsunoda was hit with a 60-place drop for taking a complete new power unit.
