Oscar Piastri starts the F1 São Paulo Grand Prix sprint from pole position, ahead of McLaren team-mate Lando Norris.
It is a McLaren one-two on the grid for the penultimate sprint race of the season, with championship leader Max Verstappen starting from fourth.
McLaren were the dominant team on the opening day at Interlagos and are the favourites going into the sprint.
However, the weather could play a pivotal part, with it being unsettled throughout the weekend. Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez will be eager for some mixed weather after a poor sprint qualifying.
Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll and Zhou Guanyu are all due to start from the pit lane after overnight changes.
