Sky Sports F1 has parted ways with Danica Patrick from its pool of pundits ahead of the 2026 season, RacingNews365 can confirm.
Patrick joined the pool of pundits ahead of the 2021 United States GP, and became a familiar face at races in the Americas, including in Canada and Mexico City, making her last appearance during the 2025 US Grand Prix weekend.
The former IndyCar and NASCAR star was also a 'talking head' during season 7 of Netflix's Drive to Survive, but RacingNews365 understands that she has decided to focus on other projects and will not be returning for the coming season.
Patrick remains one of the most famous drivers in America despite retiring from competition in 2018, with her appearances as a pundit coinciding with the strong growth F1 has experienced worldwide, and especially in the US, with three grands prix now taking place.
The 43-year-old, who in 2008 became the first woman to win an IndyCar race, has drawn criticism in recent years for spreading conspiracy theories on her podcast, as well as chairing a town hall meeting with US vice president JD Vance during the 2024 election cycle when he was running mate to Donald Trump.
The rest of the Sky F1 pundit pool remains unchanged, with the full list of talent available to view here.
