Oscar Piastri has just concluded his third F1 campaign, having joined the field as a McLaren rookie in 2023.

This past year was his most successful in the sport to date, as for much of the year, the Australian held the lead of the standings.

However, a dip in form in the latter stage of the campaign allowed team-mate Lando Norris to close the gap and ultimately seal the title at the final round in Abu Dhabi.

Earlier this season, Piastri signed a long-term contract extension with McLaren prior to his world championship challenge.

However, the possibility of Piastri leaving the Woking-based squad has been raised by seven-time race winner Juan Pablo Montoya.

The Colombian suggested that “Piastri and Mark Webber [his manager] are already talking to another F1 team”, citing unhappiness with the Australian's development.

But do you think Piastri should leave? Or should he stay put at McLaren?
