Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix 2024

2024 F1 Qatar Grand Prix Schedule

After the weekend in Las Vegas, we head to Qatar for the penultimate Grand Prix of the season. Check here for the start times of the F1 GP of Qatar in all time zones, and don't miss any of the action!

F1 Qatar GP schedule 2024

Last year, the heat posed a huge challenge for the drivers. Logan Sargeant became unwell, preventing him from continuing the race, and several other drivers had to see a doctor after the race.

As a result, the FIA has allowed more cooling inside the cars this year in Qatar to prevent heat exhaustion.

Additionally, this weekend marks the final sprint weekend of the season, meaning there will only be one practice session, and we can look forward to even more on-track battles.

Sprint race schedule F1 GP Qatar 2024

The first practice session begins on Friday at 13:30 GMT, followed by the sprint qualifying at 17:30 GMT.

On Saturday, the sprint race will take place at 13:00 GMT, followed by qualifying at 17:00 GMT.

Last year, the sessions were held later in the day, but this year there is a revised schedule as the Qatar organizers requested this change earlier this year.

The 2024 F1 GP of Qatar will begin on Sunday, December 1st, at 16:00 GMT. About an hour and a half later, we’ll know who the winner is.
