Logan Sargeant has conceded that he would like to see more progress from himself in his rookie Formula 1 season.
The American has yet to score points but come close at the recent race in Silverstone with a P11 finish and earlier in the season in his first race in Bahrain with a P12.
Teammate Alex Albon has showed the FW45 is capable of a points finish, with the team showing its strengths at high-speed circuits with strong straight line speed.
Sargeant: Making steps in the right direction
This is why Sargeant is expecting more when discussing his form with media, including RacingNews365: "I'm making steps in the right direction, but I'm still not where I want to be.
"There's plenty of work to still be done. But I see the progress. I see it's moving in the right direction and that's what matters. But yeah, I'm still striving to be better."
