Haas's double disqualification from Monaco Grand Prix qualifying has bumped Sergio Perez up to 16th on the grid.
Both Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen were removed from the qualifying classification in Monte Carlo for a technical infringement - they will share the back row of the grid.
Up front, Charles Leclerc will start from Ferrari's 250th F1 pole position, with Oscar Piastri alongside on the front-row.
Max Verstappen was only sixth on a bad day for Red Bull, with Lewis Hamilton seventh for Mercedes.
