McLaren ended its 26-year wait for an F1 constructors' title in 2024, courtesy of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri accumulating 666 points.
The Woking-based team defeated Ferrari to the crown, courtesy of Norris winning the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Whilst it marked an emotional moment for the British outfit, it has resulted in a hefty entry fee for next season.
To defend its title in 2025, McLaren must pay the FIA $6,115,429. Not a small sum, which could buy extraordinary things in ordinary life.
But what exactly could be bought with that amount of money?
Check out below what could be bought with the price of McLaren's entry fee!
Cars
When you think of cars which cost millions of dollars, your mind immediately takes you to Bugatti! Unsurprisingly, $6.1 would be enough to purchase a brand-new Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, valued at $4.3 million.
The new car is capable of 261 mph and produces 1,578 bhp, meaning it is both faster and more powerful than an F1 car.
Purchasing one with McLaren's entry fee would leave some change to purchase an original Bugatti Veyron, worth $1.7 million.
If Supercars are not your thing, then have no fear! You could purchase 23 brand-new Range Rovers of the highest-spec, and still have a few thousand dollars to spare!
Not a fan of big cars or supercars? Shock! That is also not a problem with $6.1 million, as that is enough to buy 113 brand-new Ford Focus STs, both quick and family friendly.
Food
Everybody loves food, right? It is safe to say, you could buy a lot of it with $6.1 million! The obvious one, how many pints of milk could it buy?
Well, from an average British supermarket, you could buy 5.17 million pints; however, you would likely need to wait a decade for it all to arrive.
Feeling peckish? A trip to Mcdonald's could see you leave with almost 1.1 million Big Macs and 1.3 million McFlurrys for dessert.
Perhaps you fancy a steak to celebrate a go-karting victory? Almost 102,000 steaks could be bought from an average American steakhouse, enough to put you off steak!
Technology
When it comes to technology and lots of money, Apple is typically where most people look to. With $6.1 million, 4,055 iPhone 16 Pro Max's could be bought.
If you prefer Apple Macbook's over iPhones, then you would still be able to leave the store, figuratively, with 3,057 brand-new Macbook Pros.
Now, if you went ahead and bought 5.17 million pints of milk, you are going to need a fridge to store them!
Purchasing 2,038 top-range fridges should be enough for some of the milk, with any further fridges coming over $6.1 million.
How can F1TV be forgotten! If you have 243,351 friends, you could buy all of them a one-year F1TV subscription.
Events
On top of buying products and items, $6.1 million could also get you access to a lot of major events!
Starting off with the British Grand Prix, you could purchase 13,937 general admission tickets to cover Thursday-Sunday.
With that number of tickets and $6.1 million, you might as well build a personal grandstand!
Prefer some music, that is also not an issue, as the money would be enough for 31,321 tickets to see Coldplay in the United Kingdom at Wembley Stadium.
However, tickets are all sold out, so with the money you would be better off just buying a few private boxes!
