Red Bull has announced a new multi-year partnership with the world's leading job site, Indeed, ahead of the Chinese GP.

From this weekend's event in Shanghai, the branding of Indeed will appear on the RB22 machine and on the helmets of drivers Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar, as well as those of the pit-crew, before being rolled out across additional team kit later in the season.

Data from Indeed show sthat US job postings containing 'racing' or 'motorsport' rose nearly 88% between January 2021 and 2026 as F1 enjoyed explosive growth in this market, with three grands prix alone in the United States.

Indeed is also joining the Red Bull F1 Academy programme, and its talent academy to assist people in securing a career within Formula 1.

"People have always been the foundation of our success at Red Bull Racing. Every championship we’ve won is the result of exceptional talent, strong collaboration, and a culture that empowers our team to perform at the highest level," said team boss Laurent Mekies.

"We’re incredibly proud of the diverse set of specialisms across the entire team that drives performance every weekend. In a sport defined by marginal gains, our team personnel are and will always be our greatest advantage.

"Working with Indeed across both our F1 and F1 Academy teams allows us to continue attracting, identifying and supporting the very best people in the industry."

Indeed added that it was joining one of the "most high-performing teams in the world."

"Our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing places Indeed alongside one of the most high-performing teams in the world," said  CMO James Whitemore.

"It’s a powerful platform with a highly engaged, global audience that values performance, innovation, and technical excellence.

"Most importantly, it reinforces a universal truth: whether you’re building a championship‑winning racing team or a world‑class business, success depends on the talent you hire."
