Red Bull fills sponsorship gap with major new partner

Red Bull has bolstered its roster of sponsors after signing a multi-year deal with cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io, which has become an exclusive partner of the Milton-Keynes squad.

After the team's relationship with cryptocurrency platform Bybit ended at the close of the previous season, the six-time F1 constructors' champions had a gap to fill.

"We are very excited to welcome Gate.io to the team," said Red Bull team principal Christian Horner.

"Gate.io are a brand that very much share Oracle Red Bull Racing’s passion to exist at the forefront of technological innovation.

"Together, we look forward to building a more immersive and unique connection with the team for fans around the world and to working with a like-minded partner that isn’t afraid to disrupt the status quo."

Gate.io branding will appear prominently on the RB21, Red Bull's 2025 car, including the nose, headrest and the rear wing, a space Bybit previously occupied.

The new sponsor will also adorn team clothing and assets and its logo will feature on Max Verstappen's helmet. Although, there is no word on whether it will appear on Liam Lawson's as well.
