Sergio Perez is set to start the Dutch Grand Prix from the pit lane after Cadillac breached parc fermé conditions ahead of the race.
Perez endured a challenging qualifying outing and ended Saturday's session in 22nd place.
In a bid to improve the car's performance in race trim and experiment with the set-up, Cadillac has made changes to the suspension.
As it is a breach of parc fermè rules, Perez is automatically relegated to the pit lane.
His team-mate Valtteri Bottas will start the race from 21st on the grid and is now due to the final car in the line-up.
The Dutch Grand Prix will get underway at 15:00 local time.
