Pierre Waché has been involved in Formula 1 since 2001. He worked for Michelin and BMW Sauber, before making the switch to Red Bull Racing in 2013. The Frenchman started here as Chief Engineer and was appointed Technical Director in 2018. With the departure of Adrian Newey, Waché now has even more influence on the technical side of the Austrian team.
